Our Statements of Belief

1  We believe implicitly that YHVH Elohim is the Creator and Ruler of all created things. He is over all and in all. To Him belongs the glory forever.

2   We believe implicitly that the Creator is echad, The term being commonly translated as one in the sense of compound unity (one, but more than one) as expressed in B'resheet (Genesis) 2:24, "A man is to leave his father and mother and stick with his wife, and they are to be one flesh."

3   We believe implicitly that Yeshua HaMashiach (Messiah) is the only and unique Son of YHVH Elohim. That he was conceived by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) born of a virgin daughter of the line of David and was anointed with the power of YHVH. That he was the one YHVH Elohim raised up to be the kinsman redeemer of Israel, as promised to our fore-fathers Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya'akov and as spoken by the prophets throughout the TANAKH (Hebrew Scriptures). He was tempted in all ways as a human but remained without sin (separation from Elohim). That he gave honour to his Father in heaven. That he bore the reproach of the world and was executed on a torture stake as a common criminal. That through his death, he took upon himself the sin (separation) of the world. That he died and was resurrected as the firstfruits of the dead, to sit at the right hand of YHVH Elohim, the only human ever resurrected to eternity.

4   We believe implicitly that Messiah Yeshua is the alef and tav, the beginning and the end, whom the Father appointed as heir of all things and through whom he made the universe.

5   We believe implicitly that we can pray only to the Father and always through the name and authority of Yeshua. We also accept that no one can truly know the Father, except through Yeshua. Yochanan (John) 14:6 "Yeshua said, "I AM the Way - and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me."

6  We believe implicitly that the whole Torah as given by YHVH directly to Moshe at Mt Horev (Sinai) is the eternal unchanging Word of the Father and that nothing and no one has the authority in heaven or on earth to change one yud or stroke of the Torah from what was given.

7   We believe implicitly that the words of the Torat HaShlichim (Torah of the Emissaries - NT) is a true account of the life, death and resurrection of Yeshua and the subsequent development of the Messianic Kehilah of the first century. That it was recorded by many of the twelve Shlichim, who were called and chosen by the Father and who wrote under the inspiration of the Ruach HaKodesh.

8   We believe implicitly that YHVH made an everlasting covenant with Avraham Avinu in B'resheet 15:18 which says- "That day YHVH made a covenant with Avram: "I have given this land to your descendants - from the Vadi of Egypt to the great river." A promise that will be fulfilled following with the return of Yeshua as the conquering King, with all Yisra'el being progressively re-established in the Land of Promise.

9  We believe implicitly in the words of (Messianic Jews) Hebrews 1:1-3 "In days gone by, Elohim spoke in many and varied ways to our Fathers through the prophets. But now, in the acharit-hayamim (end of days), he is speaking to us through Yeshua his Son, to whom he has given ownership of everything and through whom he created the universe. This Son is the radiance of the Sh'khinah, the very expression of God's essence, upholding all that exists by his powerful word; and after he had, through himself, made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of HaG'dulah BaM'romim (The Majesty on High)."

10  We believe implicitly that as Talmidei Yeshua we are part of the New Covenant that YHVH spoke about through the Prophet Yirmeyahu in where he said in 31:31 - "Here, the days are coming," says YHVH "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Isra'el and with the house of Y'hudah." Hence, even today that new covenant is still being fulfilled as stated in 31:33 "For this is the covenant I will make with the house of Isra'el after those days," says YHVH: "I will put my Torah within them and write it on their hearts; I will be their God, and they will be my people. “Yeshua by ratifying the New Covenant during his last Seder on the night he was betrayed and arrested and through his sacrificial death and resurrection, he paved the way for many Jews and Gentiles to become Talmidei Yeshua (disciples of the Master -Yeshua). As such our calling is to be talmidim who are grafted together into the rich olive tree spoken of by Sha'ul of Tarsus (the Apostle Paul) as he says in Romans 11:17 - "some of the branches were broken off, and you - a wild olive - were grafted in among them and have become equal sharers in the rich root of the olive tree." Therefore, Yeshua by ratifying the New Covenant through his sacrificial death - "destroyed in his own body the enmity occasioned by the Torah, with its commands set forth in the form of ordinances. He did this in order to create in union with himself from the two groups a single new humanity and thus making shalom, - (Ephesians 2:15).

11 We believe implicitly that at the return to earth of Yeshua HaMashiach, all those living and dead who have been called by YHVH Elohim to live in accordance with Revelation 12:17b -"obeying the commands of Elohim (which are found in Torah) while bearing witness to Yeshua," - will be joined with Yeshua as part of the first resurrection. So that, in accordance with 2 Kefa 2:5 which says -"you yourselves, as living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be cohanim set apart for God to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to him through Yeshua the Messiah." This being the New Covenant promise, for a Kingdom of Priests, after the manner of Melchezidek, with Yeshua himself as both King and High Priest. Then during his "reign of peace" all remaining dead of both from Israel and the nations, will be raised, some to life and some to judgement.

12 Finally, we believe implicitly that the words of YHVH in Yechezk'el (Ezeki’el) 37:12-14 are true, when he says to Israel - "My people! I will open your graves and make you get up out of your graves, and I will bring you into the land of Isra'el. Then you will know that I am YHVH - when I have opened your graves and made you get up out of your graves, my people! I will put my Spirit in you; and you will be alive. Then I will place you in your own land; and you will know that I, YHVH, have spoken, and that I have done it,' says YHVH.
